Sweet Maria's Cupping Tray

Cupping trays are a standard tool in coffee cupping labs for a reason. Our trays are made of polypropylene plastic with a soft matte finish, laser etched with a variation of the Sweet Maria's logo. It comes in three colors: parchment, black and blue.

We primarily use these to pre-measure roast batches and move coffee around. Its fluted edges and material make it so that you're able to fold into the center without cracking, and funnel whatever contents—green coffee, roasted coffee, chaff, lentils, nuts, what-have-you—into your roast chamber or other containers with no issue. If you've ever tried to pour out a batch from your Behmor drum, or straight out of your air popper, into a coffee bag... you know why this little thing helps.

Besides that, they're pretty helpful for cupping set ups, displaying, analyzing and lovingly gazing at your finished roast. Compared to our previous glossy cupping trays, these are slightly stiffer and shorter, length-wise. However, they are slightly taller, and overall hold just as much, if not more, coffee!
