Electric brewers can be a convenient way to make coffee, especially if you need to brew a lot of coffee. The problem with most brewers is that that they do not sufficiently heat the water and the resulting coffee is flat, lifeless and under-extracted. Originally we only carried Technivorm coffee makers, which are handmade brewers from The Netherlands, since they were the only electric brewers we found that reached the correct brewing temperature. In the last few years new manufacturers such as Bonavita, Brazen and Bunn have created brewers that can get within the 195-205° and we were happy to add them to our line-up.
