Green coffee is prepared and decaffeinated through one of several methods before it lands on our green coffee catalog. We typically offer Swiss Water Process® and sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) coffee, both of which are naturally chemical-free. Because the decaffeination process weakens the physical composition of the beans, it leads to changes in the expected roast behavior of coffee.
